The WildKind Way

I’ve been thinking a lot about imposter syndrome lately, especially how often it shows up in spaces where I actually belong. For instance, my background includes over 25 years in real estate and mortgage, but there are still days where I doubt my skills and abilities.

Building WildKind meant facing those fears head-on. I knew literally nothing about starting a nonprofit or building a community, but I knew I could figure it out. It hasn't been without hiccups or lessons along the way!

What I could not have predicted was the beauty that would grow from that leap. When you create something while actively letting go of perfectionism, it gives other people permission to show up vulnerably and imperfectly too.

That is where the magic of this community lives, in radical acceptance and in choosing to meet each other exactly as we are.
